  Useless company. I sent a parcel via fastway which ended up going to these clowns to deliver. They cannot read the parcel label and have called me (the sender) twice looking for the reciever of the parcel. Mainly due to being illiterate. They still haven't delivered the parcel. Most likely not being able to drive, due to an IQ of around room temperature.

  Fedex? Nope - Fedup - it's an organisation that just 'doesn't care'.
  
  Their talent is to perform miracles - they've managed to make Vicroads look like a well run organisation that cares about their customers in comparison!
  
  I don't like leaving negative reviews normally as everyone has their bad days - but I've had various dealings with them - and too many to be a coincident. If these guys had to rely on winning customers as opposed to winning tenders, they'd close overnight.
  
  In the latest instance (the one that's moved me enough to sign up to google and write a review!) - I've had to drive all the way to their office just to talk to staff to organise parcels because they let the phones ring out and don't answer them (Friday afternoon). Caught out being lazy.
  
  Office hand plenty of staff around, and still a couple of hours before closing. Just too lazy to answer calls. The gut punch is when you get to the door and in big text they have their office number written there to call for general enquiries!
  
  In the past they have been blunt and rude to both myself and staff on different occasions I've sent to pick up parcels. They have failed to read special instructions on connotes and then won't budge an inch to redeliver and fix mistakes they've made. The attitude is that their mistakes are our problem to deal with and fix up.
  
  If you want proof of the "don't care", attitude - google their name and view the first few posts that come up. Multiple addresses, and multiple phone numbers at different sites. They don't even care to correct websites that have incorrect address or phone number details.
  
  Unfortunately I still have to have some parcels delivered to me by them as some companies I deal with only deal with couriers that these guys subcontract to.
  
  But where possible I'm switching away from having parcels delivered by organisations such as Toll, Star Track Express, etc which use this organisation for their final end deliveries, and will be using Australia Post where possible instead.
  
  I'm sorry Wilkies - you've had years to improve your customer service before I wrote this review, but if anything it seems to have gotten worse.
